If anybody can answer this, please do.
Mine and my wife PD is June 2002. Both of us got 3 emails with subjects :
1. Card production ordered(Received on June 22nd)
2. Approval Notice Sent(Received on June 25th)
3. Approval with Welcome note - as a permanent residence.(Received on June 26th)
My wife got a Plastic GREEN CARD on the 26th and on 27th she got her approval notice.
I haven't got my approval notice or plastic Green Card or Welcome letter yet. From the forums I see that people usually get everything within a week of approval date and in my case its been more than 10 days which makes more confused.
Does anybody know, if I can take the approval email(also for my LIN number the USCIS website is updated with my GC approval information) for granted that my case is approved. Since the retrogession happened after my case approval and didn't get any paper documents yet, I am not sure if the July 2nd regression has an impact on my case approval. This may sound funny, but the way things are happening, I don't want to take things for granted and would like to confirm with more knowledgable and experienced people like you.
Please respond. Thanks in advance.
