I traveled overseas using my AP, While coming back at the port of entry(Atlanta), they swiped my Passport and let me go...
( no I-94 or any stamp on AP), When I asked the officer, he said " you don't need an I-94 you are on parole" ..
I am going for stamping soon, My lawyer said "t's ok..you are just fine.."
Any thoughts...

Very odd...I have travelled about 60 plus times on AP and have always needed an I-94 card. This card never changed on entry/exit, but I needed to have one in my passport.

I'm not sure how true the statement of the officer is ...

.. my wife used her AP to travel prior to our approval. Her passport was stamped, an I-94 was issued and also a copy of the AP letter was stamped.

I'm not sure what the implications of this are but go with your lawyer's advice. It may not be an issue afterall !!

Good luck.
