I have just been approved for my I-140 application. My employer is a small business and they do not want to get the lawyers involved in the whole process and therefore I have been guiding them in the labor and 140 application process. Now that my 140 has been approved, I need to know the process of applying for a 485 so that I can be ready when the dates are current. If anyone can give me a detailed process and the paperwork needed for this application, I really appreciate it.
