Hi All,

I140, 485 applied Dec 2002 (Concurent filling)
140, 485 denied March 2004 (Reason company Financial situation is bad)
MTR/Appeal on May 2004,

Appeal Transfer Notice received on Jan 15 2005, Here is notice words:
(But I didn't received my spouse I 485 appeal transfer notice case.)

" This is to advise you that we have forwarded the 485 appeal, motion or certification to the AAO in Washington, D.C. This office will inform you of the decision on the appeal, motion case."

What are the chances of approving my case?/ Suggestion?

Note: Again I filed I 140, 485 with new company using Sub Labor. And correctly I working with new company.
Question: Now how USCIS will consider my case? Is there any effect on my new 140, 485, EAD?

Thanks...

Your other 140 that your filed will not be affected with the one in appeal. these are two separate applications. So dont worry about the new one (as long as you qualify as per the case presented in the new one, you should be OK).

As far as the time for appeal goes, it usually takes 6-7 months to more then a year. Most people dont bother following up on the appeal once it goes to AAO.
