Hello everyone:
I am waiting on the RFE by mail and obviously I can't help but wonder what it might be for. We felt that the information and evidence was adequately provided when the petition was filed but obviously it did not cut it.
The one aspect that concerns me is my salary. It is about $4000 lower than the average in my area- but it matches my coworkers easily. Will this matter for I 485 approval? I thought that the salary requirement was of concern for Labor Cert. but I did not have to go that route as my I 140 was filed under EB1-OR. Now I am getting worried that it might be an issue for I 485.
Any thoughts about this? Am being unduly concerned? I know I have to get the letter in mail to know what the RFE is about in the first place.
