485 and police complain

Hi,
I have a question about my brother's 485 Application. A few months’ back I have filed a complaint with the police about my missing brother. He went out and didn’t return home for about 3 days and he didn’t call us. After searching for about 2 days, I have complaint with the police. The police have taken all the details of my brother. The very next day he return’s and told that he had some car problems on the highway and not able to reach us. We called police and took off complain.
Will this police complain affect his GC processing in any way?

ur borther was missing.u Filed a report with Police to find your brother.Now you found him without corp's help.The objective of the report /complain was to find your brother not get your 485 updated about his absence .Secondly its not complain, its report for help.I am not a Lawyer but do have common sense .
Enjoy the evening with ur brother.Fortunately 485 is not attached to everything in the world.
Someone suggested to call Lawyer.DON't do that.They will laugh for rest of their life.I hope you have not asked this to anybody else other then forum.
