Applied in Feb. 2000 for EB2. Priority Date of 6/99. The automated system says, applcation recd.
How do I know if any further info might be requested ?
Its almost 14 months. Some ppl say that if it is this late then they wont ask for it. Is it true ?
How deep will they go and look for info ?
I was, what I think, out of status from Oct 9th 95 to Nov 20th 95. Do I qualify for the penalty thing ? Subsequently I was given H1B, in CIUDAD JUAREZ MEXICO.
Is it true that once your visa has been approved after being out of status, then its like a pardon from INS ?
Some knowledge on this will be beneficial.
