485 and Marriage

Gurus,

My 485 is pending with NSC and RD is 8/1 and my H1 is valid for another 2 years. I am planning to get married in India some time during Oct 02. I have the following questions:

If my 485 gets approved when I am out of the country:
1. What will be my status, can I re-enter using my H1 or do I have to use AP.
2. Can my wife enter into US, using H4

Ans : Your H1 is not valid if your green card is approved. You can enter on H1b if you have not approved for Green card.

2. Can my wife enter into US, using H4

ANS: Same thing here,
If your green card got approved then your wife canot enter US on H4, she can enter only if you are not approved for Green card and if you have not used your AP.
