Can I apply for I-485 and transfer of H1& H4 (for dependent)at
the same time?. My I-140 is self petitioned(EB1-EA)and not subject
to change of employer. I am currently working in university A(in NJ)
(upto dec 2001)and going to university B in different state(MA)
(Jan 2002). If so, can I appear for H1 visa at a consulate while AOS is pending?
