My application sent on is Dec 1999,
Pr date of priority is March 1998.EB2,
I-485 Approval Feb 20 2001.
I plan to go to the passport stamped interview this comming wednesday.
Can someone please take the time to leave a message for me
1) Can I quit my company.??
2) Do I have to stay for ?? how long
3) Do I have to talk to any other lawyer.
When I slightly mentioned it to my company attorney...He immediately said " No You cannot quit....The only difference this approval is bringing to you is ..you can travel freely....In a way it saves your company..and that is all"
I dont think this is true. Because if that is all, then why would people wait so hard for a I-485 approval.
