485 address while 140 pending

Here is Balagi, my I-140 is still pending. but I am preparing I-485 and want to send it to BCIS.

First where should I send I-485 while I-140 pending?

Second, since A number is not available now. In the form I-485, what to put in the A number box, n/a, none or let it empty?
