485/140 filed in wrong center

Guys

My 485/140 (Concurrent ND:11/20/2003, FP:09/10/2004) should have been filed in Nebraska. But my lawyer
mistakenly filed in Texas. I got my 2nd EAD and 2nd AP from Texas Center.

My question is, will thay process my 485/140 in Texas or transfer it? If transfered, will my ND remain same (11/20/2003)?

I do not think it is a big deal. If required, the service center will fwd the case.
