My RFE was received by INS on March 3rd 2004 and my 485 RD is Feb 15th 2002. As per INS site, if more that 60 days passed after RFE was received, one can contact them. Also it is mentioned that if your processing date matches with your RD and 30 days have passed in the current processing date and still haven't got anything one can call. Based on the above am I eligible for expedite request or atleast can I speak IIO directly?
Another thing is, since my wife is pregnant she wants to visit her parents next month before the baby is born in November. But thinking that we would get our GCs by then, we didn't apply for AP this time. Now we regret not doing that. Considering and quoting the pregnancy situation, is it possible for applying AP either at Newark office or VSC and expect it to get it by first week of July?
