450 to 480 days?

Does this even mean anything when the case status says that it takes 450 to 480 days? My case has already taken more than that. Can the IIO do anything if the case has been pending for more than 480 days??

Everytime I speak with IIO all they tell me is that they are processing August 01 cases. Here are my details:

RD: 10/19/01
ND: 11/17/01
FP: 6/4/02

What IIO's can do?

The only thing IIO's can do is to give you a misleading answer and ask you to wait for couple of weeks.

my RD is Feb 01
RFE RD is Dec 02
and still waiting.
