Hi,
My employer received the 45 day letter yesterday. I called my lawyer and asked if they received it. My lawyer told me either the employer or the lawyer can sign the letter. My boss is out of town until next Tuesday. My lawyer said he will sign tomorrow and mail it out.
I don't really trust my lawyer. He has made mistake on my H1B extension and cause another filing.
Q1 : Who suppose to sign the letter? I think the lawyer because the letter is cc to the employer.
Q2: Would that be a problem if the lawyer sign and mail it out first and later I have my boss to sign and mail it out again?
Q3: PD is Oct 2003. Any idea when it will be approved? I am on EB3. What is the current for EB3?
Many thanks.
