45 Day Letter NJ

Guys,

Did any one of you filed from NJ with a PD 4/25/2003 - EB2 - RIR get 45-day letter. I am kind of sick with this Labor process, sure it is a pain

I filed in Nov 2002 - no letter yet.
There are others who have filed before me and still not received the letter.

I asked my lawyer how long do we wait for the letter - he said we have to wait till we get it.

August 2002 No 45 day Letter

Wont be surprised if we are 3 years into labor and still no Approval... Donno what INS is doing... they should just give us a GC
