45 day letter-how close am i?

i filed my RIR EB2 in march05. just recieved my 45 day letter. what does it mean? how close am i to getting the approval?

It doesn't mean you're close. It does mean that they've entered your case in their computer completely. You've joined what PBEC has in the name of a FIFO.
