45 Day letter from BEC ???

I have heard that we receive some 45 day letter from the BEC?. Could someone clarify as to what that means?. My condition is labor pending with Federal and filed in CA.

45 Days BEC Letter

Means your case is been transfered to one of the two BEC centers. Being from CA yours will be transfered to Dallas. Also make sure your employer/Attorney reply to BEC within 45 days.

I have to check with the attorney for this letter. I was actually not sure of what this letter was all about till h1b2term posted a reply (Thanks !!). I will post it as soon as I find out.
 
My labor was filed in June '03 RIR and CA...
State OK: Sep '04.....pending with federal since then .....
Did anyone receive any letter from BEC with a similar time frame ?..
