I am in the same boat, I did not get my 45 day Letter.

Hi Guys...my State labout was applied in Jan 15 th and it went to Chic in Feb 2nd week...still waiting for 45-days letter.....

Mine went to Chicago DOL in Sep, 2004 and no 45 day letter.

I talked to my attorney today and confirmed that they have started receiving 45 day letters for the cases that went from Nebraska to Chicago !
