401 K and Other Investments

Hi,

My Green Card got approved recently.

I am planning to go back to India in few years. So that time, I will give back GC and I will not be a US Citizen.

Can I still KEEP my investments in 401K. And collect it after retirement in India. (at that time I will not have GC or US citizenship).
What will be the tax implications?

What about other investment opportunities?

Its too expensive here in USA. Better collect some money for 4-5 yrs and go back.

Are you required to have bona fina intent to live in the
USA permanently at the time of getting your GC?
