4 years+ 1 day rule

Anyone know for sure weather I can apply 90 days prior to my 4yr + 1 day or should I have to wait untill the 4yr and 2nd day?

The 90 day rule does not apply here. You can only file for your N-400 after 4 years and 1 day.

I thought it was 5 years?

I thought you could apply 4 years and 9 months before your 5th anniversary. Is this not correct? What is the 4 years plus one day thing?
