4 year Bachelors Degree ?????

I am a Computer professional. My lawer agreed to file my case on EB2
as I have 3 Years Bachelors Degree and more than 15 years computer software experience. Now she says that only EB3 is possible as
INS interprets Bachelors Degree as 4 years as a requirement. Please comment

She is absolutely correct. It\'s a mistake that lots of attorneys make. You\'re lucky she didn\'t make it. It\'s much better to file an EB-3 now than it is to file an EB-2, have the LC approved and then have the I-140 denied.

The only way an EB-2 would be approved in your case would be if BOTH INS and DOL made an error.
