i was working in the US on H1-B visa last year but suddenly
fired. after receiving a latter from previous employer telling
termination of job, i needed 4 months before leaving the
US because (mainly) preparation for relocation and other things.
now i plan to go to the US for "transit to 3rd country"
(actually, will stay 1 night and then leave for that country )
on visa waiver program. Could someone comment on
the possibility that i'll be refused at immigration on arrival
to the US ? I'll in possesion of air ticket for going to the 3rd
country
