4 Levels Prevailing Wages

I read all the info this link provides and its very helpful - thanks for posting it. I tried to do the worksheet step by step and finished it. All the documents (and the title of this thread) mention 4 levels of wages but it seems that when I do it for a specific state as mentioned, it comes up with 5 levels (10%, 25%, Median, 75%, 90%). What am I missing??
 
I didn't quite get the question. Do you mean that you get a wage level that's over 4 when you add up the requirements as per the worksheet? DOL says that for worksheets that score 4 or more, PW level 4 would apply.

All this PW level stuff sucks! After confirming with SWA TWICE if their PW would be good for PERM, we filed a PW request and got it back a few days ago with March 1 stamp. Now DOL comes out and says that it will only accept PW determinations on or after March 8.

Do these guys know what they're doing????

Under the new 4 levels, I will now be determined as LEvel 2 but my actual H1B salary is $2000 less than this. However, this H1 job is different to the LC job - I hope the employer signs off on it. :(
 
I got an PW before march 8th, and then I calculated myself the new PW under the new, 4 level system. I am OK with the new one, also. Do I have to request a new one and wait 30 days after receving the new PW from SWA before filing for PERM. Does anybody intend to file in the first 2 weeks of PERM? I am confused with this 30 days waiting : after job order and now after PW? The new PW just appear on March 8, less than 30 days before march 28.
Please, advise.
 
Well, my score for the worksheet was 2. But where exactly do I find the 4 levels of wages? Because, when I scroll down at the bottom of the Onet page, it asks me to pick a state and county and then it comes up with 5 levels (10%, 25%, Median, 75%, 90%).
