4 approvals yesterday.

I found that user tru is so pessimistic. Last month I used the I485Scan macro and had a list of SRC numbers that were pending. Yesterday I ran the macro again and found that 4 of them were approved yesterday. SRC0202xxxxxx. Somebody in this forum reported that it is not legal to publish the whole SRC numbers. I think some activity is going on in TSC. Last month when I ran the macro I found 3 of them were approved. This month 4. I think whoever got approved are not active in this forum. Guys I think our turn will also come. Stay cool. :p
 
Is this the total number of approvals this month (June 2nd only)?. If so, it will take years to get approvals to all of us.

There are significantly more people joining this forum every month than there are people reporting that they have been approved. That is not a good sign.
 
I agree with w8nc but if all newcomers post their analysis and conclusions we will have a better idea of what to expect. We also need the people in this forum to let us know once their cases are approved and not simply abandon the forum.
 
Good, hopefully we will see some more approvals from the people who actually got it.

tru is a champion who is just trying to work for a cause which will help not only who are having pending cases but people who are going to file. Basically, if you look at it objectively what is in for him in persuading the cause. 485 approval right, and with over million of cases waiting he/she is the only one trying to do some action.
 
I think approval is happening but not for those with receipt numbers SRC01XXX... Unfortunately, these are folks who fall in the blacklisted May-Dec, 2001 NDs. That includes me. Others who are later filers and have been approved probably don't want to share with everybody on this board.

jvk- I don't know what your ND is but if you were a sufferer like us, including tru (whom you refer to as being pessimistic), you would realise what it is like. My bet is that you would be no different.

Why do you think May-Dec 2001 NDs are in the blacklist? I have
a friend just being approved by TSC one month ago in that range.
According to my observation, it is like NDs in 2002 that got
approved sporadically.
 
If I knew the answer I would have shared it with you. As you noted correctly, approvals for these ND range is also taking place but at a much slower pace than later 2002 NDs. May be I should not have used the word "blacklist" but for some reason ND's for this range were not FP-ed in time and since they were not FP-ed they have not been approved. After INS acknowledged the FP scheduling problem late last year we saw flood of FP notices earlier this year for May-Dec 2001 NDs. Hopefully these cases will start getting approved too. Rumor has it that these cases were victims of INS's automatic FP scheduler which came on board around mid-2001 in conjunction with the then contractor's screw-up in processing them correctly when they were entered initially. Who knows!

FYI this contractor has since been fired by the INS but for about 3-4 months between April-July, 2001, the INS and the contractor were involved in some legal battles. The result was a complete shut down of receipt notices. For example, I485 application filed in April-May, 2001 time frame had August NDs. Yes, it took over 3-4 months to even receive a notice that your application has been received. So you see applicants around this NDs have gone through a lot of mess.
 
I did the macro a month back and found out that Lots of 2002 cases were approved but not 2001.
My range is SRC0113951000---51100. Anybody in this range still waiting?
Always the IIos have told me to wait my turn. I got the same reply from senators office and BCIS 800#IIOs.
I have sent mail to TSC about my use of ac21 and so far no results.

All cases approved belonged to year 2001

I am also I-485 sufferer who got receipt date 09/01 and Notice date 11/01. All cases that were approved belonged to 2001 and not 2002. SRC0202XXXXXX starts from Oct 15 of 2001 I beleive.

Megabyte the approval date is June 2nd 2003.

In my macro range 4 cases were approved on 3/14/2003.
SRC range is 01139517xx---519xx. So they are 2001 cases. Out of 50 cases 20 are approved. Of these 20 cases 16 were approved in 2002 and 4 were in 2003.
Mine is in 51000 51100 range.
