4 Approvals for RD Nov and Dec 04 ???

Noticed that the 4 approvals so far are in NOV-04 and Dec-04.

I still believe the IOs first look at the PD until June 30th. Logic still holds on PD, retrogressed country and the RD. Starting July 1st, it should solely depend on the PD. Hope all the 2001,02,03 and 04 EB filers are approved in that order.

I'm not quite sure how the EB3 numbers are categorized and alloted numbers by the IOs when the July bulletin says current. Hope that everyone of us get our approvals soon.

Thanks for your endorsement. I bet there are lot of deserving candidates here including you and nayaks. We all would like to see approvals come our way. As for now, the wait is getting unbearable
