4/23/01 - RFE regarding BC and Medical was mailed to NSC.
BC: two affadavits from relatives.
Medical: Chest x-ray for TB
5/2/01 - AVM message changed to received
5/9/01 - AVM message changed again on 5/9/01: case transferred to St. Paul Minnesota
5/14/01 - Recieved 3rd RFE from NSC regarding medical . Exact same request as I got with the 2nd RFE regarding medical, but nothing regarding BC.
My best guess: BC is ok but the mail room may not sent the sealed medical report. The 3rd RFE was dated may 7th. My case was transferred on May 9th. They want the RFE back to NSC by August 2nd.
