I don't know if anybody can give me any advice here, however, I just want to vent some frustration on this greencard application.
BTW, my RD and ND dates are:
RD = 10/22/2001 and ND = 11/19/2001
2nd FP = 01/31/2003, 3rd FP = 12/01/2003
I don't know if anyone heard any application took this long, or anybody was asked for 3rd fingerprint?? I checked my status at BCIS, it still showed the same old message dating back to 02, 2003 (we re-sent a missing medical document to INS per their request in the begginning of April, 2003, but the record was never updated). I talked to my lawyer, and she said even we called immigration, we would be getting the same old message on BCIS site. So at this moment, I couldn't do anything but wait patiently. Is this true?
