3rd FP question

I have received a 3rd Fp notice shcedule on 2/21/04 at Newark, NJ. Since I did my 2nd FP on 12/2/03, I thought this is a mistake, and I called INS office # printed on the FP notice. They said, if the notice says "ingnore this notice if you had been finger printed in the last 90 days". Unfortunately, I couldn't find such things on my notice.

Does anybody have similar experience for the 3rd FP? or any suggestion?
