3rd FP not taken at Newark

I went today for the scheduled 3rd FP appointment at Commerce street center, and without filling out any papers told the person sitting at the counter that I suspect this is an error as I already did FP in the last week of Sep.

The person took my appointment notice and the copy which Commerce street issues after completing FP and came back after sometime that this is a mistake and gave me a standard print out with "this is a mistake blah.......". and just made a cross at the FP notice.

Today I went there in rain and plus snow, when will this nightmare end.
 
I had the same experience

My RD is also 10/01.
2nd FP in Sep 03.3rd FP was scheduled for two days ago, but when I went there they did not do it as previous FP is still valid.
 
A silver lining.
There is a trend that within 2-3 weeks of the scheduled 3rd FP, they pick up the case. Not saying that they approve it but maybe issue RFE.

Happened for me. 3rd FP scheduled : 01/20/04

On 27th Jan they issue RFE.

Has happened for other people too.

I did not do 3rd FP.

Here is my guess. When the date for 3rd FP passes, something triggers in the system telling them to do something.

3rd FP does not do anything, it is the 3rd FP DATE which is important.

When VSC sent out incorrect 3rd FP notices, I am guessing they really wanted to update that 3rd FP date ( which really resembled some other date) somewhere in their systems instead of sending FP

I know we in software guess too much into their systems but that is the only corelation
