3rd FP for Spouse

We received a 3rd FP for spouse last week. Its scheduled for Dec.26th. We had finished our 2nd FP on Sep. 10th 2003, but god know what went wrong with my wife's FP.

Could anyone let me know the contact number of FBI, so that i can check with them about the status of our 2nd FP.

Is getting the 3rd FP (in such a short interval) normal these days. Please post your experiences.

Recently some people got their 3rd FP, talked with BCIS, some officers said should go to do the 3rd FP and some officers said it is a mistake, just ignore it. But there is no any official announcement talk about this 3rd FP. So what is the right way to response this ? No answer. I am wondering that BCIS always have time to do something like this, why don't they just spend some time directly on looking at each case?:confused:
 
Thanks 'winwin' for your encouraging words. I agree with 'yogesi' comment that they should look into the case directly, but i guess that is the reason why BCIS is what it is ;-)

BTW, i got a call from my lawyer today, he has my 3rd FP notice too, so i guess as it looks its a mistake by BCIS but i still have to acknowledge the notice and go for our 3rd FP.
