3rd EAD Renewal with paystub and employment letter???

my 2nd EAD will be expired on the end of Sept. 04. I am thinking renewing it sometime soon.. Is it better sending in paystub and employment letter with 3rd EAD application?

Having a job is not a precondition to obtain an EAD. That's like putting the cart before the horse. :D
 
i have been working for my sponsor since 1st EAD.

and i thought it would be helpful to send what BCIS might ask on I-485 stage which has been almost 19months waiting....

In fact, if you get an RFE for that, based on the dengdeng or some theory like that, that is being discussed on the forum, you will get your GC approval within a month of your RFE reply!

So if I were you, I will rethink sending extra information just to keep INS happy.

But I am not a lawyer.....so just an opinion.
