3rd EAD Renewal Question

Our 2nd EADs are expiring on April 1st 2004 . After reading experiences from other members in this forum we decided to apply for renewal early. Both of us are currently working on EAD. I am the primary applicant for our GC and my wife is a dependent. My wife's company was bought over by another company and due to this her company name has changed. I am contemplating if I should submit her paystubs/company letter as the company name would be different from what it was when we originally filed for our 485. Since she is a dependent does it matter?

No it does not matter. She can work anywhere, anytime, any hours or simply stay home and help on our petition/causes and your case as a primary. you should get your approval before the 3rd EAD hopefully. I hope the GC will be of some value in the near future. Work for CITIZENSHIP along the way.

Thanks for your response. I hope to get approved before filing our 3rd EAD, if not atleast filing 3rd EAD might trigger something.

Since when you have to submit your paystubs, or employment info for EAD renewal.

I just filed my 3rd EAD renewal and I don't remember if there was any such requirements on the form.

All you need to submit for EAD renewal are:
1. $120 check
2. Complete form.
3. Copy of Current EAD back & front.
4. I-94 Copy.
5. Copy of I-485
