3rd EAD - Help Reqd

Just now I had applied for 3rd EAD online.... can you guys tell me what is meant by E-Filed Application. When I had completed application and got 2 confirmation receipts and followed by Application for EAD which says Applicant Copy. Please let me know what all am suppose to take for Biometrics collection. Do I need to send supporting documents. NCSC officer said that no supporting required as of now if we need then an RFE will be sent during that time you can send all your documents. Is it advisable to wait till that time. I am scheduled for my FP for EAD on Aug 19th 2004. Your opinion's please.....

very long thread (8 pages).
I did it for my spouse -- got it whith in 2 months -- some people have had lot of trouble (took longer). The site is divided in its opnion. As usual there are NO rules, NO patterns with this organization.
