Just checked the online case status:
"On January 26, 2004, after approving your application, we ordered you a new card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready."
The RD for 3rd EAD was Sept 29, 2003, ND Sept 30, 2003.
My current EAD expires on Jan 30, 2004; but I already have an interim EAD from a local CIS.
