just wanted to share that I got my 3rd EAD in the mail today. It took 35 days from receipt to approval. I paper filed. And I did not receive a paper receipt notice.
This is the cover letter I sent, just in case somebody would need this info:
NOTES:
- I believe items #10, 11, 12 is not really required but I included it anyway since I figure it wouldn't hurt.
- Item #7 doesn't need to be the ORIGINAL EAD mailer.
- For color copies, I think standard xerox copies would do but providing color copies would not hurt as well.

10. Color copy of my birth certificate.
11. Color copy of previously issued Advance Parole document.
12. Color copy of Social Security Card.
