3rd EAD approved in 28 days.

Applied for 3rd EAD (2nd EAD expires in 09/13/04) on 05/09/04-ND as it was taking nearly 4 months to get approved..

And it was approved on June 2nd, exactly 28 days from ND.. Happy but i wish they were this efficient in approving 485.. RFE is replied, 2nd FP is done and received by them, WTH are they waiting to approve my 485??..

Well, one day will by MY DAY...

It's really weird. May be, this approval has got something to do with your name (you are named after Lord Ganesha who is the remover of all obstacles) :) . I will not be surprised if your I485 will be approved very soon.

San_1: I filled myself, by Mail, did not use on-line..

My husband's EAD message in the morning said, new card is generated and mailed, and no change on my EAD case..

I receive 4 messgaes from USCIS in the afternoon, was excited thinking, 2 messages for 485 and other 2 message for our EADs.. Well, all 4 were for EAD, weired... :mad: :mad:

Again, ONE DAY WILL BE MY DAY FOR SURE...so IT WILL BE FOR YOU TOO.
