3rd EAD Approved. But what a joke!!

3rd EAD Approved. Only took 1.5 month--RD 1/12. Filed together with my wife. Her EAD effective date is 04/25/04 to 04/25/05 while my is 02/23/04 to 02/23/05. What a joke---this shows how BCIS's consistancy considering we filed in same envelope.

I lost 2 month in 2nd EAD and another 2 month this time. Hopefully I don't need to pay another $120 for 4th EAD and loss another 2 month.

EAD effective only for 1 year.

PD: 01/99--Non-RIR (Exactly 5 years already!!)
RD for 485: 04/02
FP: 06/03

The same boat with you!
My 2nd EAD was approved from 5/28/04 to 5/27/05, but my wife's is from 2/28/04 - 2/27/05, although I submitted our applications in the same package. Maybe it is due to that I am the primary applicant and my wife is derivative?
 
Our 3rd ead 's rd are 20th jan.
the current eads expire on 8th may 04.

On my 2nd EAD renewal, we had lost 3 months .
I will post here when any moment occurs in our case.
