Hello Folks,
My parents visa got rejected twice and they are appearing for the 3rd time in Sept last week. My father is 67 yrs old and he is Advocate and my mom is a house wife. My grandmother is dependant on my father, and my sister's family is back home. My brother and myself we both are here for past 5 years. In the 2nd visit INS officer (Telugu translator) clearly said that there rules own't permit to issue visa if both sons are in US.
For the 3rd attempt I took a letter from Senator and I'm providing all the documents from my side and just keeping my finger crossed.
Please let me know if I need to do anything differently to get my parents visa. I know its purely luck...but just asking your opinion/advise.
Thanks in advance...
Kumar
