3rd AP and EAD renewed on 02/20/2004

Hi Netters,

My wife's and my 3rd AP was approved on 02/20/2004. RD was Oct 9, 2003 and ND was Oct 16, 2003.

Also, 3rd EAD approved recently on 02/10/2004, Details:
RD Oct 3, 2003 and ND Oct 9, 2003.

Hope we get our 2nd FP notice soon. Case Details

I-485 RD 01/24/2002
ND 02/11/2002
1st FP 05/20/2002
EB2 Case filed in NJ.

The EAD is valid only for 1 year. My employer's attorney had filed for it - not sure what they did, maybe asked for only one year extension!!
 
I am wondering if one can ask for more than a years extention for EAD? Any one having experience of getting more than one year? Thanks.
