3months of 485, help needed to use ac21

Hello,
Personal attorney filed 485 without employer notice 3months back.
employer found this, asking hefty money. if not given he says he will cancel 140.

I know, its not 180 days yet, and I can not use ac21 rule.

Please help me, is there no way which will help me by not paying money and also be safe with 140.
Help needed, please adice I appreciate it.
 
This employer sounds like a crook, taking advantage of you. But, on the other hand, how can you apply for I-485--which is an employer based immigration petition, from what I understand--without the employer knowing? Doesn't the employer need to give a letter of support?
 
Is your I-140 approved?? If yes then somehow stretch for 3 more months and find a similar job. Do you have the copy of approved LC, you will need it to find a similar job. Then ditch him.

educatedcat::: I-485 is not a employer based petition it is your own petition based on the underlying I130/I140. The employer only provides the employment verification letter and job/position for the future.
