3months of 485, help needed to use ac21

Hello,
Personal attorney filed 485 without employer notice 3months back.
employer found this, asking hefty money. if not given he says he will cancel 140.

I know, its not 180 days yet, and I can not use ac21 rule.

Please help me, is there no way which will help me by not paying money and also be safe with 140.
Help needed, please adice I appreciate it.

Hard situation, and you already know the rules of AC21, so nothing to tell.
You target is to somehow drag this more 3 months.
But what you can do is, pay little amount and drag that you will in few days.
Tell him something happed to close relative and go to India, escape from him for 3 more months.

Or catch a good lawyer and tell help from them, if that amount is less that what you have to give to employer.
