Hello All,
I am applying for my citizenship soon.

I was 25 when I initially came to the US on H1B. I did not register for Selective Service.

I am now 37 years old. Can I safely ignore the Selective Service letter? If so, what do I say on the N400 form?

Or should I contact Selective Service and get a letter from them?

Thanks for your help.

Regards,
Raj

The H1B is a non-immigrant visa. If you were granted your LPR/GC before your 26 th birthday, then you would have had to register with the selective service. If you were granted the LPR after you were 26, you need not have registered.
