350 and 400 days for TSC to process I-140 now

Just Check the status of I-140. The processing time is 350 and 400 days now (It was 275 and 300 days).
What is wrong with TSC?

Your I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER was received on August 20, 2003. We mailed you a receipt with information about processing. It is taking between 350 and 400 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete.
 
That was like breaking news on Monday morning and you are right .. its official .. from 275 - 300 to 350 and 400 .. is this because they want to clear 485 ??
 
maybe. but i seriously doubt the feasibility. in the end all i can imagine would be just one more backlog. then what does TSC do?
 
Increasing the dates

Now you have to file for an extension or renewal as soon as you get an application approved (H1, AP, EAD,....)

I just got my H1-B renewed and it expires in May... So I have to file for another extension right away.... I am loving it ... NOT !!!

i know a poor guy, his 140 was filed over 19 months and still pending, he called 1-800- then trigered his RFE for pending 140. 19 months, even longer than official date. if tsc really follow 350-400 days to approve 140, it will be ok, at least it's not endless. right?
 
mine took 14+ months.. when it was used to saying 225...... and then 275-300 ....

so sit tight.

It seems they are working on 485 cases
