where are these people....

Where are these people who update their data on immigration-watch.com and do not surf on to this portal. Sometimes I doubt the stats. on immigration-watch.com site. They look like cooked data....

I hope they are based on good data cause the stats are exciting :)

Just my luck!!

I really happy to see so many approvals for people post 06/03, however for people like me who have applied between February-Mayof 03 it is really very frustrating to watch this.

I had applied for for my I-140 in 03/31/03 and who knows when it will get approved, and on top of that my manger had indicated that I may lose my job in 2 months times!!

So with no I-140 approved, no portability I am doomed!!:(

-- But why immigrationwatch.com needs to cook data? Any good to this web site if they cook good data? I don't see any reasons why they need to do that.
 
I also have my doubts. Last week, I used the "status prediction" on immigrationwatch.com and it indicated that on average (50-50), cases filed around my RD/ND would be approved around 09/11/03. Today, the same "status prediction" indicates that on average (50-50) those cases should have been approved around 01/24/03. The prediction changes so often that you wonder if it is of any use.

Even the cases listed as approved appear too random and selective. Cases approved for 01/03 are about 77%, while 02/03 (42%), 03/03 (32%) 04/03 (24%), 05/03 (21%). You see a sharp fall in the cases for Feb, Mar, April, and May. On the other hand, approved cases for June (46%), July (41%) and Aug (38%) suddenly picked up both in absolute and relative terms. They also do not tally with the posted processing dates from USCIS.

Somebody said that those July - August cases that got approved recently were for NURSES only. Anyone can verify?

But USCIS clearly indicates that TSC is processing May 2003 cases for Nurses.

USCIS processing data appear more credible than that of immigrationwatch.com. For EB1-EA, USCIS projects that it is currently processing cases around 01/27/03, which falls within 350-400 days.
 
I dont think the june to august approved cases are only for nurses!!!!!!!!!

Dude, can you post a message here when your case gets approved? Thanks! Mine is 2/24/03 and I'm going nuts sometimes... :)
