330 - 360 days to process AP??

My attorney applied for my 140/485/EAD/AP at the NSC in July.
Based on the receipt number I got it says that it takes between 330 and 360 days to process the AP??
Is this correct?? I questioned her and she said that they show an average number and that I should get it in a few months.
The EAD receipt number says 3 - 4 months processing time??

Any advice appreciated.

I-131 application is also used for Re-entry permit, and re-entry permit does take around a year to be processed.
USCIS doesn't have a way to differentiate between AP and Re-entry permit, that is why all I-131 recepits (re-entry permit or AP) says that the processing time is that long.

No...It is taking only 60-65 days for ead/ap both ..i did in june16th and got approved on agu18 and 19th.
