According to ImmigrationWatch.com, 32,034 cases have been filed in April, 2004, and 12,464(38.9%) of them have been approved. Considering both FY2004 and FY2005 cases can be accepted from April, 32,034 is not too bad for the FY2005 cap compared to the starting month (Oct, 2003) of FY2004 cap. Hope this figure won't get worse during the following months.
