I'm interested in applying for Naturalization for my wife under the INA 319(b). My plan is to get a job that qualifies under this provision(An employee of an american-owned firm or corporation engaged in the development of foreign trade and commerce for the United States ).
This for me would mean getting a job abroad in an American owned firm in the Software development field. Any chance of this being considered as a firm "engaged in the development of foreign trade and commerce" ?
In general how difficult is it to qualify under this provision?
