300 days and no approval :(

300 days from what date?
I submitted my aos petition on 5/11/01 that makes it nearly 480 days in my case.
nv2001

Seems there's now way out. Why do't u guys call up local senator's office if they can help. firend of mine got his case cleared in Minnasota in 3 weeks with there help.

For me it is 324 days from Recipt date and 294 from Notice date quite close to 300 :-) still waiting.......

300 days from Notice date

Thats from ND. 500+ days is totally wow. Whats ur ND dude? NV2001, is your ND beyond the JIT?

Regarding calling the senator up, well, really can't until the JIT moves beyond my ND. At that point I would start sending faxes and calling senators up. I'd feel odd asking for help when there are folks who filed before me and are still waiting.

The only silver lining here is the good progress of JIT. (Month per month). Given that, I could have a reason to speak up in around 2 months. Until then all you can do is wait.

Albeit, I am very frustrated.

And yea, haven't seen any real september approvals. My guess is IIO's took a long vacation, we are not gonna see much this week. Sad part is, the latter part of the year is full of such vacations.

ND is between 7/17/01 and 7/21/01 I don't have the details at work. Yes its beyond the JIT date more than two months ago.
My then attorney had sent in levl 1 and level 2 faxes to the INS. Ins responded by fax saying the case is 'pending' (no new info there). We also involved a senator's office who told us in the middle of Aug that my case will be adjudicated in 30 days. Currently waiting for that 30 days to expire.
Frustrating is an understatement in my case. Probably hopelessnes is more apt.

Silly Man ,,others Q for you

Hi All,
My wac is 02-35 nd 11/9 fp 3/19 ( 4/29 per ins )
my lawyer sent 2 fax inquiries and got back a reply that do not inquire until JIT is past nd!

what might be the next option ? calling up IIO each day ? calling the senators office ? I am at 330 days from RD 300 from ND 180 from FP :(

tt tt

Tt tt, frustrating as it may sound, and I am with you on that since my dates are exactly like yours, the only thing to do here is wait.

Calling IIO's or Faxes will not help unless JIT doesn't move beyond your ND. Once it does, you have a reason to send faxes .. puristically speaking. In other words, if INS decides not to move JIT @ all, then yea we are all screwed, but uptill now INS seems to be moving it regularly.

Just be patient and hope for the best is really your and my best option.

afterthoughts

... and if in case INS does take forever, maybe we can get organized and do something about it.

But right now, there are just too many people ahead of us who are still waiting to give our case any weight.
