Hi,
My lawyer posted my an Ad for my PERM case with the SWA in California via the Caljobs website. He posted the job starting June 1st, 2005 and has stated that it ends on July 22nd 2005. That would mean that the Ad for the Job is posted for 52 days. Based on these dates:
1. Do I have to wait an additional 30 days after July 22nd before I am allowed to file for my labor certification via PERM? That is file for labor certification on August 22nd 2005.
2. Or can I file 30 days after the Ad has been placed for at least 30 days -- i.e, file for labor certification on August 1st.
thanks a ton for your help.
